We hope that you love our products, but sometimes things don’t work out.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return in 30 days from the date of delivery and we would be happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our policy below.
You will be required to contact us to get return address, then return the product to us to receive a refund. All returned products must be in new or gently used condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it, then we will issue a refund in the amount of the original charge (including tax), less the shipping fees for your original order, which are non-refundable.
Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method that you provided. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 7-14 business days after you receive the notification e-mail to reflect this transaction.
Exchanges are free. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be charged for the remaining balance. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
