4. Return Policy

If it’s our mistake, such as incorrect size, color, or shipping time, we will accept returns.
a. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the dress and explain the problem. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
b. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
c. Dresses with stains, damage, worn, or washed are not eligible for a refund.
